The Chicago Pneumatic 1 1/4" hex sinker drill steel is a forged alloy-steel drive rod for pneumatic sinker and surface rock drills. It pairs a 1 1/4" across-flats hexagonal body with a standard 7/8" × 3-3/4" hex shank, and accepts tapered rock-drill bits for fast hole starting and steady penetration in stone, concrete, and rock. Each rod is manufactured and tested to fit Chicago Pneumatic sinker drills.
