About the Inlet Hub
The Intelli-PAK cabinet takes six 1/4" condensate inlets into an internal diffusing system, which is what lets pressurized drain lines from the compressor, receiver, dryer and filters be plumbed directly into the unit with no field-fabricated manifold. The B21000 inlet hub is that assembly. If it is damaged, the diffusing function goes with it, so replace it rather than adapting around it.
About the Outlet Hose
B20041 is the factory outlet hose assembly that carries treated water from the cartridge to your drain. It is the part most often damaged in service, usually by being pinched during a cartridge swap or by being pulled when a cabinet is repositioned.

Is the fill kit needed for every cartridge change?
No. The cartridge uses smart-technology connections that close as it is disconnected, so a routine swap does not require it. The B21005 fill kit is there for priming and fill situations.
What about the cartridge itself?
The media cartridge is a separate part number by capacity and is sold on our Intelli-PAK replacement cartridge listing.
Can you supply parts not on this list?
