The Champion CRPCA Series water-cooled cycling refrigerated compressed air dryers cover 800–1250 SCFM with an integrated pre- and after-filter package for particulate and coalescing (oil-aerosol) removal. Cycling (thermal-mass) operation stores cooling energy and switches the refrigeration circuit off during partial or no-load periods, cutting power consumption while holding a stable pressure dew point. A stainless steel brazed-plate heat exchanger and low-GWP R454C refrigerant deliver efficient, reliable moisture removal that protects downstream tools, controls, and processes.
