Champion CA-Series S Factory-Installed Options and Adders

Every priced factory-installed option for the Champion CA-Series S oil-free rotary scroll range, taken from the Champion Oil-Less Compressor Price List effective August 15, 2026. These are ordered with the compressor and installed at the factory in Princeton, Illinois. They are not field-retrofit kits.

How to Read the Fits Column

Most of these options are priced by what they attach to rather than by compressor model, so the second dropdown tells you which packages a given price covers:

• All CA-S Models - one price across the whole open industrial range.
• Base Mount Models - remote receivers and their isolation valves are offered on base mounted units only. A tank-mounted package already has its receiver.
• 30 / 80 / 120 / 240 Gal Receiver - receiver coatings are priced by tank size, not by compressor model.
• Simplex / Duplex / Triplex / Quadraplex - control panels, switches and panel mounting are priced by how many pumps the panel has to run.
• Simplex Tank Mounted - panel mounting applies to tank-mounted simplex units. On base mounted simplex units the starter panel ships loose, so there is no mounting charge.
• Model-specific tank mounted - mounted desiccant dryers are sized to the airflow of the package, so the price follows the model and configuration combination.

Control Panels

A starter or control panel is not included in the basic compressor package, so one of these is usually required.

• Simplex Control Panel, NEMA 1 or NEMA 4. For single-pump packages.
• Basic Duplex Control Panel, NEMA 1 or NEMA 4. For duplex packages, with lead/lag alternation.
• Deluxe HMI Control Panel, NEMA 4. Supplied in a NEMA 4 enclosure as standard, includes a pressure transducer and RTDs for high temperature monitoring. Priced separately for duplex, triplex and quadraplex. This is the required panel on triplex and quadraplex packages.
• Panel Mounting, NEMA 1 or NEMA 4. On base mounted duplex, triplex and quadraplex units the mounting charge applies only if you are also buying an optional remote receiver; otherwise the panel ships loose. On base mounted simplex units the starter panel ships loose only, with no mounting option.

Switches and Monitoring

• High Temp Switch, NEMA 1 or NEMA 4. Priced separately for simplex and duplex. On duplex packages the high temp switch is offered for the Basic Duplex Control Panel only, because the Deluxe HMI already includes RTD high temperature monitoring.
• Pressure Switch, NEMA 4. Same rule: simplex and duplex pricing, and on duplex it is for the Basic Duplex Control Panel only.

Receivers and Receiver Coatings

• Vinyl (Epoxy) Lined Receiver and Galvanized Coated Receiver, priced by tank size for 30, 80, 120 and 240 gallon horizontal receivers. Worth specifying in humid plants and anywhere rust particulate carried out of the tank would be a problem.
• Remote Tanks in 80, 120 and 240 gallon vertical, plain, vinyl lined or galvanized. Base mounted units only.
• Remote Tank Bypass Isolation Valves, so the receiver can be isolated without shutting the plant down.
• Electric Tank Drain. One price across the range. See also our condensate drains.

Mounted Desiccant Dryers

Factory-mounted desiccant dryers are available on tank-mounted packages, in 116 psi and 140 psi versions, with or without an afterfilter and regulator. Every mounted desiccant dryer comes with a prefilter as standard, and all mounted dryers come with bypass standard. Pricing follows the airflow of the package, so a CA-S5 duplex and a CA-S7 simplex share a price because they are close in flow.

Mounted dryers are not offered on base mounted packages, on triplex or quadraplex packages, or on the CA-S10 duplex. For those, dry the air downstream with a standalone unit from our desiccant air dryer range.

Massachusetts Code

Mass. Code Fittings are priced here, one price across the range. The matching Massachusetts receiver risers are printed in the price book as part numbers with no list price, so they are quoted rather than sold as a variant: 306SIS4013 for a 30 gallon horizontal receiver, 307SIS4013 for 80 and 120 gallon, 308SIS4013 for 240 gallon. Tell us your receiver size with the order and we will quote the correct riser.

Ordering Notes

• These are factory-installed options. They are built into the compressor at the factory and ordered at the same time as the machine. They are not field-installable kits and are not sold as standalone hardware.
• SKUs on this page are synthesised by Warthog in the form CHCAS-OPT-<option>-<fits>. The Champion price book prints these options as priced rows in the model tables rather than as orderable part numbers, so there is no factory part number to use. The Massachusetts riser part numbers above are the exception and are genuine Champion numbers.
• All option variants carry zero weight because the price book publishes no weight for any of them. We have left them at zero rather than invent a figure. Freight is quoted on the complete package.
• Options differ by configuration. Check the Fits value against the compressor you are ordering, or send us the model and we will confirm the list.
