The BK single-groove B-section cast iron V-belt pulley is a precision-machined, statically balanced sheave built for dependable power transmission on air compressors, electric motors, and general belt-driven equipment. This is an H-bushing (bushed) design: the pulley is bored to accept a separate two-piece "H" style bushing that clamps firmly onto the shaft as the bolts are tightened — a more secure and serviceable mount than a one-piece fixed-bore pulley. The H bushing is sold separately, so a single pulley can be matched to a range of shaft diameters.

- Fine-grained cast iron, statically balanced for smooth, vibration-free running
- Outside diameters from 3.15" (BK30H) up to 12.75" (BK130H)

- Standard keyseat and setscrews provided with the mating bushing
Choosing the right bushing
Each pulley needs a matching "H" bushing bored to your shaft diameter. Not sure which bushing size you need? Simply add your shaft diameter or motor frame to the end of the pulley part number and we'll include the correct bushing — for example, BK30H-145T.
