This is an equivalent replacement coalescing element for BEKO 18S, listed under the GR 6 filter series. BEKO Technologies manufactures compressed air treatment equipment, and elements of this type are consumables that wear out in normal service.
Coalescing filtration deals with oil aerosol and fine solids. Air passing through the media carries droplets that are far too small to fall out on their own; the fibers bring them together into larger drops, and those drain off the bottom of the element instead of continuing into your distribution piping.
Remember that GR 6 is the media grade, not the element size, so the two have to be confirmed independently. See our other coalescing filter elements for adjacent sizes, or the wider range of compressed air filters if you are building out a treatment train.
