An equivalent replacement coalescing element for BEKO 06S, listed under the GR 6 filter series. BEKO Technologies makes compressed air treatment equipment, and the element is the part inside the housing that actually performs the separation.
Its purpose is removing oil aerosol and fine particulate from the air stream. The mist carried in compressed air is too fine to settle out under gravity, so the media fibers bring the droplets into contact with one another until they combine and drain away at the base of the element.
One thing worth checking before ordering: the crossover number for this listing carries a numeric code that does not match the 06S title, which is normal for this family but means you should order to the code printed on the cartridge you pulled out. Our other coalescing filter elements cover the neighbouring sizes, and complete coalescing air filters are available if the housing itself needs replacing.
