Equivalent air/oil separator element for Becker pump part 965 415 00 000. It performs the oil recovery stage in an oil-flooded Becker rotary vane pump, coalescing the oil mist out of the discharge air so the lubricant returns to the reservoir.
Separator life depends less on the calendar than on how hard the machine is worked and how clean the oil stays. Heat, contamination and long service intervals all age the media faster, so a pump running near its temperature limit will go through separators sooner than one that is well ventilated.
When the element is out, check the scavenge return and the seal faces before fitting the new one, since a restricted return floods a fresh separator in short order. Other sizes are grouped with our air oil separators, and general service items are in replacement parts.
