An equivalent replacement air/oil separator element for Becker pump part 965416, for use in oil-flooded Becker rotary vane vacuum pumps and compressors.
The separator is the last chance the machine has to hold onto its own oil. Air leaving the pump chamber carries the lubricant as an aerosol, and the element brings that aerosol back together into drops that drain to the reservoir instead of leaving through the exhaust. Miss a change interval and the oil consumption tells the story before anything else does.
