The Automatic Mechanical Drain Valve by Prevost is a float-operated condensate drain with a 1/2" NPT connection. It opens as liquid collects and closes once the water is expelled, clearing condensate from air receivers, filters, and dryers without constant attention.
Because it works mechanically off the liquid level rather than on a fixed timer, it discharges water only when needed and avoids the compressed air waste common with timed drains. It is a practical upgrade for any point in the system where moisture gathers.
