What Makes the P3500iW Special
Electric key start
Twist the key and the 212 cc engine fires up — no pull-cord shoulder workout. A 12V battery is built in, with a recoil backup if the battery is dead. This is the smallest Atlas Copco inverter generator with electric start, and it makes a big difference on cold mornings or after long storage.
L14-30R 120/240V outlet
Most inverter generators stop at 120V outlets. The P3500iW adds a NEMA L14-30R twist-lock that delivers up to 30 amps of split-phase 120/240V — enough to wire into a manual transfer switch and feed your home's essential-loads panel during an outage, or to run a 240V well pump on a remote property. It pairs with a standard 30-amp gen-cord and is compatible with most residential manual transfer switches and interlock kits. Have a licensed electrician do the wiring.
Parallel operation
Need more than 3,300 watts? Pair two P3500iW units with the optional parallel kit for a combined ~6,000-watt output of pure sine power. That's enough for whole-essentials home backup or a serious construction setup — with the redundancy of two independent generators. The parallel kit is sold separately.
Variable-speed inverter technology
