The Arrow Pneumatics Standard Coalescing Filter delivers ultra-high-efficiency removal of oil aerosols, water mist, and sub-micron particulates from your compressed air — protecting sensitive tools, instruments, spray finishes, and processes from oil carryover. This 0.01 micron grade uses a borosilicate glass-fiber coalescing element for 99.99% DOP efficiency, paired with a compact 6 oz black-coated metal bowl and liquid-level sight glass. Made in the USA.

Typical applications
Coalescing filters install downstream of a particulate filter to strip oil aerosols and fine moisture before air reaches spray guns, air motors, precision instruments, pneumatic logic, and point-of-use equipment. Common in paint and finishing, packaging, laboratory, and general plant-air systems.
For best results, install after a 40-micron particulate pre-filter and replace the 0.01 micron element (EK55A) periodically to maintain peak efficiency. Choose your port size and drain type below.
