The Arrow Pneumatics EK57A is a genuine 0.01 micron coalescing replacement element for Arrow mid-flow coalescing filters (F574, F576, and F578 series). The finer 0.01 micron borosilicate glass-fiber media delivers maximum oil-aerosol and sub-micron particulate removal, ideal for applications demanding the cleanest possible compressed air.
Key specifications
- Micron rating: 0.01 micron coalescing (high-efficiency)
- Media: borosilicate glass fiber, high-efficiency oil removal
- Grade: Arrow Grade 6 coalescing element
- Fits: Arrow mid-flow coalescing filters F574W/F574FW, F576W/F576FW, F578W/F578FW
- Made in USA
When to replace
Replace the coalescing element when pressure drop rises noticeably or at the recommended service interval (typically every 6–12 months) to maintain filtration efficiency and minimize energy loss. The 0.01 micron element is the right choice when downstream processes require the lowest oil carryover.
