AirComParts Low Oil Level Switch, Standard and Vented
Every ACS K-Series unit from 15 through 25 HP ships with one of these, which tells you what the factory thinks of running a reciprocating pump dry. On smaller machines it is an option, and it is the cheapest insurance you will ever fit to a compressor.
Two versions
- S2104, standard. Has a 1 in. NPT port for direct mounting to pumps that already have a 1 in. NPT oil sight.
- S2105, vented. Includes a mounting kit. Pump modification may be required to install.
If your pump has the 1 in. NPT sight glass port, the standard switch goes straight in where the sight glass was and the job takes ten minutes. If it does not, the vented version with its kit is the path, and the phrase "pump modification may be required" is ACP's, not ours. Read it as drilling and tapping. Ask first if you are not set up for that.
The S2106 conduit adapter fits the standard switch and is listed separately.

ACP gives no voltage, amperage or contact arrangement for either switch. If you need the electrical rating to size a control circuit, ask us and we will get it rather than print a number we cannot stand behind.
