AirComParts Industrial Series Quick Coupler Plug, 1/4 in. to 1/2 in. Body
Plugs are the half that goes on the tool. They are also the half that walks off, gets stepped on, and ends up at the bottom of a toolbox with the threads chewed. Nobody orders one plug.
These are the Industrial series, matching the Industrial couplers. The body size has to match the coupler you are plugging into. The thread on the back end just has to match the tool.

- 1/4 in. body: 1/4 in. FNPT (S1063), 1/4 in. MNPT (S1070), 1/4 in. hose barb (S1094), 3/8 in. hose barb (S1067)
- 3/8 in. body: 1/4 in. FNPT (S1901), 1/4 in. MNPT (S1902), 3/8 in. FNPT (S1903), 3/8 in. MNPT (S1904), 1/2 in. FNPT (S1900)
- 1/2 in. body: 3/8 in. MNPT (S1906), 1/2 in. FNPT (S1907), 1/2 in. MNPT (S1908)
A note on leaks
Most "the coupler is leaking" calls turn out to be the plug. The sealing face is a small land on the plug nose, and once it is nicked or pitted it will weep no matter how good the coupler is. Pull the plug, look at the nose under a light, and if it is marked, replace it. Plugs cost less than the air you lose running a leak for a week.
Use thread sealant, not tape, on anything that gets disconnected often. Tape shreds and the pieces end up in the tool.
