The Aircel ACS Series is a non-cycling refrigerated air dryer built for shops running a rotary screw compressor, or any system that already has an aftercooler ahead of the dryer. It holds a 38 F pressure dew point across varying flow, so the air reaching your tools, blast cabinet, paint gun or plant header stays dry instead of dumping condensate into the line. Three sizes cover 75, 100 and 125 CFM, all on standard 115V single-phase power.

Features
- Patented variable-flow high-efficiency heat exchanger with precooling and reheating of the compressed air, which cuts energy draw and stops the outlet pipe sweating
- Surface-tension design holds a consistent dew point as flow swings through the day
- Evaporator includes a multi-stage separator with a cleanable stainless steel demister
- Refrigerant analyzer gauge on the panel so you can see the dryer is working before it costs you a batch of parts
Typical applications
Rotary screw compressor installations, plant air headers, spray finishing and paint lines, sandblasting, pneumatic tool and actuator circuits, and any system where an existing aftercooler drops the inlet temperature before the dryer. If your compressor is a reciprocating piston unit with no aftercooler, look at the Aircel DHT high inlet temperature line instead.
CFM ratings are to CAGI ADF 100 at 100 PSIG, 100 F ambient and a 38 F pressure dew point. An optional transformer can convert two legs of an existing 460V three-phase service into the single-phase 115V supply these models need. Aircel ACS Series refrigerated air dryers are supplied by AirComParts and ship by freight carrier.
