Two-groove cast iron V-belt sheave for B or 5L section belts, sized for air compressor flywheel and motor drives as well as general industrial belt drives. Supplied by AirComParts under the ACS line and sold without a bushing, so a single sheave covers a range of shaft diameters once you add the bushing that matches your shaft.

Bushings are sold separately
Every sheave in this family takes a tapered QD style bushing in the H or L series. The bushing sets the finished bore and keyway, so order the bushing that matches your motor or crankshaft diameter at the same time. H and L series bushings are dimensionally interchangeable.
Typical applications
Two-groove B section sheaves drive reciprocating air compressor pumps from the motor, and are equally at home on fans, blowers, pumps and conveyors wherever a two belt drive is specified. Matching the sheave outside diameter on both ends of the drive is what sets pump RPM, so confirm the diameter against your compressor data plate before ordering.
Cast iron construction stands up to the shock loading and continuous duty of a compressor drive far better than stamped steel, and the machined groove profile keeps belt wear even across both grooves. Sheave outside diameters quoted here are published by AirComParts in its 2023 catalog.
