MEL mist eliminators can achieve the same high-efficiency filtration results as conventional downstream coalescing and particulate filters by removing particles, oil and water aerosols from your compressed air system. However, with a service life of over 10 years and an initial pressure drop of less than 0.5 psig, Nano’s MEL range provides the most economic filtration value on the market for general purpose protection.
Typically located after an oil lubricated compressor, the MEL mist eliminator also provides optimum protection in the result of a catastrophic failure of the compressor’s air/oil separator which would otherwise damage your downstream equipment, products, and processes.
