The Champion CGDA Series is a line of non-cycling refrigerated compressed air dryers covering 7–1200 SCFM with an integrated pre- and after-filter package for particulate and coalescing (oil-aerosol) removal. Delivering ISO 8573-1 Class 5–6 pressure dew point with eco-friendly R513A refrigerant, the CGDA uses a constant-pressure valve for stable operation and a low-pressure-drop design that keeps energy use and operating costs down. Durable stainless steel cross-flow heat exchangers give long service life while removing moisture that would otherwise damage air tools, valves, and instrumentation.

Dimensions and weights for the 7 through 50 SCFM models are the Champion August 2026 price book figures, converted from the book's H x W x D order to the W x D x H order used above; Champion does not publish a kW draw for those frames. Maximum operating pressure is 200 psig on CGDA7 through CGDA50 and 232 psig on CGDA75 through CGDA1200.
What is in the filter package
Each FP model ships with a loose Champion CFL pre-filter (Grade C particulate) and after-filter (Grade E coalescing) matched to the dryer, plus a yearly maintenance kit part number. For the small-frame models the matched sets are: CGDA7 through CGDA15 use CFL20C11AP and CFL20E11AP with kit CGDAMK1; CGDA25 and CGDA32 use CFL35C13AP and CFL35E13AP with kit CGDAMK2; CGDA42 and CGDA50 use CFL60C13AP and CFL60E13AP with kit CGDAMK3. To qualify for the extended warranty the filter package must be purchased with the dryer and the maintenance kit replaced yearly thereafter.
