AirComParts All In One Unloader Valve, CDI and Conrader, 110-130 and 160-175 PSI
One casting doing the work of three parts. The All In One combines the check valve, the pilot and the unloader into a single body, which is why it shows up on so many packaged units: fewer joints, fewer leak paths, one part number to stock.

Matching one to your machine
Work in this order: pressure band first, then inlet connection, then flow. The band has to suit the machine, not your preference, because a two stage pump set up for 175 PSI will short cycle badly on a 110 to 130 valve. The inlet is where the mistakes happen, since the 5/8 in. inverted flare on S1031 looks close enough to a 1/2 in. NPT to tempt you and is not. Flow should meet or beat the pump's rating.
S1033 has a 1/2 in. exhaust port, so if you are piping the exhaust away or fitting a muffler, size for that port rather than the 3/8 in. you may be used to.
Worth knowing before you buy
These are not rebuildable in any practical sense. When the diaphragm or seat goes, the valve is replaced. That is the trade you make for the simplicity, and on a unit that runs all day it is usually the right trade.
