The Atlas Copco LZL25-BF363-B-035 is an LZL25 six-vane air motor on a 34.6:1 helical gear unit, turning 150 RPM free at the output shaft and delivering 3.2 kW (4.3 hp) with 373 Nm (275 ft-lb) at its 82 RPM max-output point. Fully reversible, flange mounted, standard keyed shaft, 34 kg (75 lb).

The LZL uses Atlas Copco's six-vane direct-drive motor design, with vane sealing obtained through a combination of vane air pressure and interconnecting pins, so the vanes are seated at start-up and starting torque is repeatable cycle to cycle. Here the motor drives a helical gear unit through a standard IEC interface, so the motor can be replaced in the field without disturbing gear alignment. Atlas rates the LZL for speed regulation down to 10% and torque down to 20% of maximum, set from the air supply alone.

Air consumption at maximum output is 86 l/s (183 cfm). External parts are powder coated cast iron and aluminium.
