The LZL is Atlas Copco’s direct-drive vane motor line, built to hold torque at low speed in harsh plant conditions, with lubrication-free vanes that keep oil out of the process and extend motor life. There is no gear train between the vane cell and the output shaft, so the response to a change in inlet pressure or flow is immediate and the torque-speed curve stays linear across the working range.
