Chicago Pneumatic integral drill steel is a one-piece forged alloy-steel rod with a tungsten-carbide chisel bit forged directly onto the rod — no threaded couplings to loosen or lose. The monolithic design transmits percussive energy straight from the drill piston to the rock face for fast, consistent penetration in granite, basalt, limestone, and concrete. It runs on a standard 7/8" × 4-1/4" hex shank to fit Chicago Pneumatic handheld pneumatic sinker and stoper rock drills.
