RapidAir MaxLine In-Line Ball Valve — Nickel-Plated Brass, Tube-to-Tube Shutoff
The RapidAir MaxLine In-Line Ball Valve gives you a clean, reliable shutoff point anywhere in your MaxLine compressed air system. Machined from solid brass and nickel-plated for corrosion resistance, it connects tube-to-tube with double O-ring sealed compression fittings on each end — no threading, soldering, or glue required. A quarter-turn lever lets you isolate a drop, branch, or piece of equipment for maintenance without shutting down the whole line.

Typical applications
Ideal for isolating air drops, branch lines, hose reels, filters/regulators, and individual workstations in garage, automotive, fleet, farm, and light industrial compressed air systems. Install one ahead of any component you'll want to service without depressurizing the entire piping run.
Select your size to match your tubing — M8038 for 1/2", M8039 for 3/4", and M8040 for 1" MaxLine tube. As a genuine RapidAir MaxLine component, it shares the same leak-free compression design as the rest of the MaxLine system for a fast, dependable install.
