This is an equivalent GR 6 coalescing element built to replace the Pall PPC-700SU.
A coalescing filter sits downstream of the compressor and upstream of the equipment you are protecting, taking out the fine oil and water aerosol that a particulate element lets straight through. It works by merging droplets rather than straining them, so the captured liquid collects in the bowl and leaves through the drain.
Replace the element on a schedule instead of waiting for a pressure drop to appear. A saturated coalescer can still read close to normal on the gauge while it is already letting carryover past. We carry a deep range of coalescing filters and elements as well as the rest of our compressed air filter line.
