Keep damaging bulk water out of your compressed air or gas system with the Nano GF Water Separator. Engineered with CFD-optimized vanes and a Vortex Arrester, the GF removes up to 99% of liquids, cutting corrosion, protecting downstream equipment, and reducing costly downtime. Housings are die-cast aluminum with a polyester powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance—ideal for variable-speed compressors and harsh industrial environments. Manufactured in an ISO 9001 facility and tested to ISO 12500-4, the GF series delivers verified performance for applications from electronics and instrumentation to automotive, paint, robotics, oil & gas, labs, and pneumatic conveying.

Recommended/Design temperature: 35–176°F
Design pressure: 0–232 psig
Models 0070–1500: 22–232 psig
Below 22 psig: specify GFDK 0050 drain

For high liquid loads, use a high-capacity external drain
Drain kits available:

Sizing Note – Pressure Correction Factors

Use the following correction factors (based on operating pressure in psig) to determine the proper model:
58→0.76, 72→0.84, 87→0.92, 100→1.00, 115→1.07, 145→1.19, 174→1.31, 203→1.41, 232→1.51.
Multiply your required scfm by the factor to select the correct size.
