The DXR runs continuously for steady, ISO 7183-rated performance and a guaranteed dew point (ISO Class 4, 5, or 6 as required). Compact, plug-and-play, and built tough, it delivers clean, dry compressed air with low pressure drop and a zero air loss drain that saves energy instead of bleeding it.

How it works (3-in-1 heat exchanger): Hot, wet air is pre-cooled by the exiting dry air, chilled in the air-to-refrigerant evaporator to condense vapor, separated in the integrated moisture separator, then reheated to prevent downstream pipe sweat. A capillary tube (no moving parts) meters refrigerant for reliability, while a hot gas bypass maintains the optimal evaporator temperature to avoid ice.
