The TMC’s glycol thermal mass matches power to real-time demand: when the thermal mass reaches set temperature the refrigeration compressor cycles off, yet the stored “cold energy” keeps drying your air and holding dew point. When conditions or flow rise, the compressor cycles back on—simple, efficient, and rebate-friendly.
At the core is a Thermal Energy Circuit that combines an air-to-air pre-cooler with an air-to-glycol evaporator, an integrated moisture separator, and a zero air loss condensate drain. A reliable liquid pump circulates chilled glycol for fast response to demand spikes, while the Dixell™ digital microprocessor gives at-a-glance dew point visibility. The microchannel condenser improves performance using 40–60% less refrigerant with lower pressure drop. Rugged powder-coated steel panels, a compact footprint, and removable side panels make installation and service straightforward. Environmentally conscious? TMC uses R513A and R410A refrigerants (model-dependent).
