This equivalent coalescing element covers the Donaldson/ultrafilter AK30/30-20 position. The trailing -20 marks a distinct build, so a plain AK30/30 element is not a drop-in substitute even though the two share a size code.
At the large end of the AK range these elements sit in main-line housings, where a blocked cartridge shows up as pressure loss across the whole plant. The rest of the family is under coalescing filter elements, and air dryers covers the drying stage usually fitted behind them.
