This equivalent replacement for Domnick Hunter 010MV is a filter element for medical vacuum service. Vacuum plant draws air the wrong way through a system, and the element sits in the line to intercept the liquid and particulate carried along with it before that debris reaches the pump.
Elements in vacuum duty load the same way filter elements do anywhere else, and a blocked one costs you flow. Because a medical vacuum plant is not something you want to take down unexpectedly, most facilities keep spare elements on the shelf and change them on a planned interval.
Fit only the element the housing was designed for and follow the plant maintenance schedule for the interval. If you are also servicing filtration on the compressed air side, our coalescing filters and elements and full range of compressed air filters cover those housings.
