Description
ADA Non-Cycling Hi-Temp Refrigerated Dryers
The ADA non-cycling refrigeration dryers are designed to protect your compressed air system by lowering the presence of moisture in the compressed air.
These machines come standard with a no air loss demand drain for the removal of oil, water, and other particulates from the air stream without losing valuable compressed air. Alongside the drain the units are rated to 39℉ or 50℉ dewpoints to ensure air quality. The air inlet can go up to 180℉ (82℃) so that no aftercooler is needed before the air reaches the dryer and it won’t cause any problems in the dryer. This process is assisted by the plate and frame heat exchanger that is integrated into the dryer.
The exterior of the dryer comes standard with a durable powder-coated cabinet to prevent wear-and-tear on the machine components and to allow the dryer to work in different types of environments. The dryer puts you at ease about safety with its cULus listing, which means it reaches safety regulations in both Canada and the United States.
Benefits Include:
- Eliminates water, oil, and dirt from the air system while maintaining energy savings.
- Pneumatic tools and cylinders have an increased lifetime use due to damage prevention provided by the ADA
- There is no need for a separate aftercooler to ensure your air makes it to the right temperature and has a low enough temperature at the air inlet.
- High durability and the prevention and elimination of pipe “sweating”
Machines maintain a long lifecycle and low maintenance costs
- PDP (Pressure Dew Point) Indicator with PDP alarms, fan and dryer indicators as well as othe rinformation to keep you up to date on your system
Easy Four-Step Installation:
- Assemble optional coalescing pre-filter to air inlet connection
- Connect compressor air outlet to optional pre-filter at air inlet connection
- Pipe the connection to air system from optional after-filter or air outlet
- Electrical three-pronged plug connects to grounded wall connection
