Description
CRP 500 – 2000
CRP-PAKs provide a convenient and cost-effective method to keep your compressor room EPA-compliant. The innovative CRP-PAK is maintenance-free and mold resistant.
The CRP-PAKs are our most advanced line of Oil-Water Separators. These feature several upgrades to the previous generation of the IDC series. The base unit is still the same as the IDC, but the CRP-PAKs include an external manifold that is compression fit to the container and now accepts 12 inlet lines, six more than previous systems—six ¼” and six ½.”
Built into the manifold is a pre-plumbed timer drain that generates a burst of air every twelve hours to improve the free flow of condensate through the alumina silicate substrate media bed.
CPR-PAKs also feature a discharge hub redesigned to include an antimicrobial puck to sanitize the discharge fluid. This addition inhibits mold and algae growth, keeping the discharge hose clean and free from flow restrictions.
The manifold can be easily removed from the spent container and reattached to new containers with fresh media beds. All registered units qualify for free recycling, or the units can be disposed of as non-hazardous special waste in accordance with state and local regulations. To recycle, enter the unit serial number and fill in the form at recycleoilsep.com.
Unmatched Performance
Clean Resources CRP oil-water separators are our best-selling units
for a good reason. The proprietary alumina silicate substrate media
bed adsorbs ALL compressor-based lubricants, including silicone,
polyalkylene glycol (PAGs), and food grade. Clean Resources backs this
claim with independent third-party testing data.
Have more than one compressor using different types of lubricants?
No problem. Each CRP series unit supports up to 12 simultaneously
connected compressors or downstream devices in just one unit.
Whether you’re running 15 HP or 600 HP, there’s a CRP oil-water
separator to match your medium to large compressed air system.
Premium Features
1 Manifold
Detaches from base for quick separator interval replacement.
2 Condensate Inlet Hub
Replace red and black caps with push-to-connect fittings (finger tighten ONLY) and
insert compressor lines.
3 Carbon-filtered Vent
Pressure is decompressed and vented through two replaceable carbon-filled
cartridges, removing VOCs and reducing any oily mist expelled from the manifold.
4 Timer Drain
Sends a burst of air through the unit every 12 hours to prevent the formation of a
sludge mat. Flashing LEDs and audible sound to alert unit replacement.
5 Antimicrobial Cavity
Insert an antimicrobial puck to sanitize the discharge hose and prevent algae growth.
6 Outlet
10 ppm or less of filtered condensate exits to sanitary or floor drain.
