How It Works
Condensate enters through one of two inlet connections. As the reservoir fills, a stainless steel float mechanism rises to a preset level, activating the isolated magnetic trigger assembly. Control air is directed to close the pinch valve and balance line valve, isolating the drain from the vacuum system. Air is then sent to the drain valve actuator, opening the full-port drain valve and pressurizing the reservoir to discharge condensate. When emptied, the float drops, closing the air line, sealing the drain valve, and reopening the pinch and balance valves—returning the RD11-Vac Robo-Vac to collection mode.
