Posi-Drain Premium Electric Condensate Drain for Compressed Air Systems with Analog Controls
The Posi-Drain is a high-performance condensate drain designed to remove oil and water from compressed air systems using a unique guillotine-style chopping valve. Its non-clogging, straight-through flow pattern ensures reliable drainage, even in harsh, high-contaminant environments. Equipped with an analog solid-state timer and multi-valve capabilities, the Posi-Drain is ideal for filters, dryers, separators, aftercoolers, and receivers.
The Posi Valve uses a mechanical, guillotine-style action to open a straight flow path for condensate. When the analog timer activates, a magnet coil energizes, lifting the seal assembly and allowing fluid to drain. Once the timer times out, the coil de-energizes, and a spring closes the valve. This wiping action removes debris from sealing surfaces, ensuring a tight shutoff and zero air loss.
