The EZ Drain is a fully automatic, zero-loss condensate drain designed for efficient removal of condensate from compressed air systems—without requiring any external power source. How It Works

Condensate enters through one of two inlets. Inside, a stainless steel float is connected to a lever arm, which operates a filter-protected poppet assembly. As the reservoir fills, the float rises to a preset level, triggering the poppet to send control air to the valve actuator. This action opens the full-port drain valve, allowing condensate to discharge. Once emptied, the float drops, sealing the control air line and closing the ball valve—readying the system for the next cycle.
