How It Works – Multi-Stage Separation Technology

The Accu-Zorb AZ7 processes condensate through multiple stages to remove even trace quantities of lubricants:

1. Initial De-energizing & Demisting – Condensate enters the upper section where it is de-energized, allowing air to separate. Displaced air passes through a demisting filter that captures mist and droplets.
2. Media Separation – Condensate gravity-flows through a proprietary separation media that removes lubricating oils from the water.
3. Final Polishing & Discharge – The treated condensate passes through the final stage, where remaining impurities are removed before polished condensate is discharged from the vessel.

This process ensures compliance with environmental standards by significantly reducing oil content before condensate is released, protecting both your equipment and the environment.
