How It Works

Condensate enters the drain through one of two inlet connections. As liquid collects, the stainless steel float rises inside the reservoir. Once condensate reaches a preset level, the float activates an isolated magnetic trigger assembly. This sends control air to the valve actuator, opening the full-port stainless steel drain valve and discharging condensate. When the reservoir empties, the float drops, the control air closes, and the ball valve seals—returning the unit to collection mode.
