The RD13 Robo-Drain is a fully automatic, high-capacity condensate drain designed for large compressed air systems. Built for zero air loss performance and pneumatic operation, it requires no electricity and is ideal for use with oil/water separators. The RD13 is engineered to handle high volumes of condensate—even in systems prone to rust, scale, or sludge—while saving compressed air and maximizing uptime.
Condensate enters through one of two 3/4″ NPT inlets. As the translucent reservoir fills, a stainless steel float rises and triggers a magnetic assembly, directing control air to the valve actuator. The full-port valve opens, draining the reservoir. Once emptied, the float drops, the air flow stops, and the valve closes—returning to collection mode. The chop-free, reliable design ensures clean operation with zero clogging or air loss.
