The Equalizer is a high-capacity accessory engineered to collect and manage large volumes of condensate for multiple oil/water separators. Designed for systems that require balanced flow distribution, it ensures optimal separator performance while supporting system expansion.

Condensate enters the Equalizer through inlet ports connected to a diffuser. The unit slows down the flow to evenly distribute condensate to multiple oil/water separators. A diffuser pad helps contain liquid and reduce misting.
Inside the collection and storage vessel, condensate is depressurized, allowing solids to settle at the bottom while the liquid accumulates. From here, condensate is directed to connected separators, ensuring consistent processing across all units.
In high-demand compressed air systems, unregulated condensate flow can overwhelm oil/water separators, reducing their efficiency and service life. The Equalizer prevents this by maintaining balanced distribution, accommodating peak inflow events, and extending the operational lifespan of your separators.
